For several decades, Poland was lacking the mechanical watches. Hence the idea of establishing a manufactory and restoring the dormant tradition is born. In Zielona Góra we create first prototypes and here our vision is transformed into reality. After many months of designing and testing, in 2006 the first Polish watch with automatic movement is created. POLPORA Automatic. The first models of our watches were created by Krzysztof Janczak -founder of the company and watchmaker Milan Konecki.

Fascination with the style of the mid-twentieth century has set the direction. Solutions of those times emanate unbelievable, often ascetic appearance and timeless elegance.

Today’s watches often lack these basic features. The magic of the solutions at that time inclines us to create models referring to those years. We combine traditional design with the highest precision and quality of workmanship.

Since 2006, only mechanical watches leave our manufactory. For this purpose, we only reach for the best solutions from our country and Swiss technology. Responsible for the final result are the specialists from our country. It’s them, supporting themselves with knowledge and many years of experience in the field of watchmaking, who contribute to the realization of our dream. Today in our watchmaking studio we have a technological background that allows us to work with very high-quality watches.
